Last night was smokin'! @chefaustinsimmons and @corkscrewbbq’s @pitmaster_buckman teamed up for another #CollaborEIGHT dinner together. They kicked off the evening with Smoked TRIS Burger Sausage and ended it with Smoked Brisket Old Fashioneds for everyone. 

The evening was even more special because we were able to present @interfaithofthewoodlands president and CEO, @missykempherndon, with a check for $6,288 to go toward the @interfaithcommunityclinic. This donation was made possible thanks to all our guests who joined us for these last three #CollaborEIGHT dinners. Thank you for helping us give back to our community!

Our Truffle Old Fashioned was so popular at @thetrufflemasters this week that we’re going to feature it on our menu for a limited time starting Friday, March 18!

There are no pastes, oils or imitation truffles here. We only use fresh truffles from @drdelicacy and infuse it with @bulleit 95 rye, mix it with our @luxardoofficial cherry liqueur blend, add Pinewood Forest local raw honey and serve with 24 karat gold dust and leaves ✨

When you come in and try this cocktail, tag us in a photo of it and guess the two additional flavors in the drink. The first three who guess correctly will get a surprise from @chefaustinsimmons!

Hope everyone has a Happy Valentine’s Day! ā¤ļø I celebrated last week with local getaway to @woodlandsresort planned around two days of excellent dining.

Here is a snapshot from a sumptuous meal we had @triswoodlands by the incomparable @chefaustinsimmons! For our main course, we had the meat board to end all meat boards (for me, hands down the best I’ve ever had), featuring 7 different steak cuts and the chef’s own special Texas-bred cross breed, ā€œGyu-Lais,ā€ (Wagyu-Charolais)! Boards can be customized with specific cuts, seafood and more (ours also had fried chicken and a burger). If you haven’t yet visited Tris is in The Woodlands, run, don’t walk. 🄩🤤
