Chef Austin Simmons participating in virtual Wagyu World Conference

Chef Austin Simmons and HeartBrand Beef are participating in the annual Wagyu World Conference on Nov. 10-12, hosted virtually by the Wagyu Society of South Africa.

To prepare for the special event, Chef Austin Simmons was interviewed about our exclusive Wagyu Steak programs at TRIS and in partnership with HeartBrand Beef: HeartBrand X and HeartBrand X Pure Red Wagyu. He discussed the genetics and differences between each, where he sees the future of the beef industry going and cooked filets and ribeyes from each program.

His interview will debut at the conference where he’s also competing in a wagyu cook off against three other chefs. Tickets are available for the virtual conference and can be purchased here.
