Chef Austin Simmons sat down with Fox 26 Houston’s Ruben Dominguez and Katie Stone for their Foodies & Friends segment.
Every Wednesday at 3 p.m., Ruben and Katie visit Houston-area restaurants to meet with chefs and try their popular dishes. Chef Austin took them behind-the-scenes to show how we prepare our U10 East Coast Scallops entrée and our Lobster Toast appetizer. Ruben and Katie also got to try our Steak Board, Korean Butter Poached Crab, Roasted Oysters, Ora King Salmon, Bread Pudding, Banana Pudding, Peach Cobbler and Chef’s Chocolates.
