Chef Austin & the TRIS Team participated the 2019 Iron Sommelier VIP Night at the The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa.
Houston’s top sommeliers shared their expertise and wine selections to over 600 attendees during the annual Iron Sommelier event hosted at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa. on October 30th.
The Iron Sommelier is Houston’s premier wine competition and tasting, as the city’s most prestigious sommeliers compete for the title of Iron Sommelier. Each sommelier selects three wines that focus on a particular wine region, grape or style and personally presents the wines they are pouring, while conversing with guests as they taste and compare.
Chef Austin Simmons, along with Chefs Paul Petronella & Lyle Bento provided a special four course tasting menu for the VIP ticket holders.
