There’s a new steak board to try at TRIS!
Chef Austin Simmons recently teamed up with Chris Robertson of @CookinWithSwiss to create the Surf and Turf Board, Chef and Swiss Style. This special board features Gyulais Wagyu and Lobster Thermidor. The duo loved it so much they knew they had to put on the menu, especially for the holiday season.
