I am very proud of this feature interview and article with Chef Austin Simmons and TRIS. I worked on this pre-covid and I’m glad we can finally share the Hello Woodlands full spread on one amazing and talented Chef and crew. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing this and taking the pictures in the kitchen at TRIS. I was lucky to see Chef Austin Simmons in action behind the scenes, and he made everything look effortless as he lead his amazing crew Courtney LaCarter, Sous Chef, Cortney Taraboi, Executive sous Chef.
