Chef Austin Simmons & the TRIS Catering Team handled the VIP event for the RTIC Coolers’ new flagship store grand-opening in Cypress, Texas.
RTIC‘s Grand Opening celebration on Saturday November 17th featured the Houston Texans football team cheerleaders, the Astros 2017 World Series trophy, live entertainment performances by Jody Booth and Roger Creager. But the highlight of the Grand Opening event was the catering served by Executive Chef Austin Simmons & the TRIS Catering team. Chef Austin sharped his barbecue skills and served hundreds of VIPs at the event.
