Houston Restaurant Weeks 2024

Houston’s most anticipated foodie event of the year begins August 1st and runs through Labor Day, September 2nd, 2024. That’s 35 days of delicious meals and super deals raising necessary funds for the Houston Food Bank. TRIS is proudly serving a multi-course prix fixe menu for $55.             Appetizing Beginnings

            Start your celebration with our exquisite appetizers, each offering a blend of sophisticated flavors and fresh ingredients. Our special Mother’s Day appetizers include:

            – Shellfish Ceviche: Freshly prepared shellfish marinated in citrus with a hint of chili and cilantro, served with blue corn chips. The vibrant flavors are a perfect tribute to spring’s zest.
            – Roasted Oysters “in the style of French Onion Soup”: Half a dozen succulent oysters enriched with the comforting flavors of a classic French onion soup. This dish is an innovative twist on two beloved classics.

            🌟 Exciting Announcement: Our 4th CollaborEIGHT For A Cause! We’re thrilled to present a special culinary event featuring Chef Austin Simmons in collaboration with pitmaster Will Buckman of Corkscrew BBQ on April 8 at 6pm.
            Join us for an extraordinary six-course dining adventure at TRIS:
            –  Jalapeño & Cheese Sausage / Puff Pastry
            – Pulled Pork / Butternut Squash Bisque
            – Pork Belly Bao
            – Brisket Ramen
            – Pastrami & Lobster
            – Candied Brisket Doughnut
            This isn’t just a feast for your taste buds; it’s a chance to support an amazing cause. Proceeds from this event will be generously donated to the National MS Society, a cause very dear to us as our GM Chris Perry’s wife, Deane, battles Multiple Sclerosis.
