At ‘CollaborEIGHT’ Dinner Series, we pair local & nationally acclaimed culinary talents with Chef Austin Simmons. We celebrated the first Collabor’EIGHT’ Dinner, featuring an ‘Eight’ course special BBQ themed dinner experience with Corkscrew BBQ. This CollaborEIGHT Dinner took place at the Cureight dining room at TRIS on Monday Night, December 3rd to a sold-out crowd of over 100 guests. Craft Beer Pairings were compliments of Southern Star Brewing.
